Notice Regarding Ad Delivery: Odemny provides core operational privacy for verified data syncs. However, third-party advertisements may execute code, track session logs, or drop marketing network analytical tracking components over our display interface. If you do not accept even a single article or condition of this Privacy Policy, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service and must cease usage immediately.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Odemny. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data transmissions and analytical session storage across our search utility. By accessing or using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree to every single article within this document, you must not use or access the Service.

2. Data Collection & Zero Sensitive PII Policy

To ensure operational performance and complete user privacy, Odemny enforces a strict policy regarding data minimization:

No Sensitive Personal Data: We do NOT ask for, collect, or store any information regarding your race, skin color, age, or birthday.
Country / Region Selection: We only store a Country/Region selection ("Taiwan" or "Taiwan, Republic of China") solely to calculate sub-regions for regional compliance guidelines.
Authentication Data: User credentials generate a technical token string alongside your system-provided email address. We do not store plain-text passwords on our servers.
Search History: Search input strings are processed on-the-fly to query our index and are not profiled against user identities.

3. Advertising Tracking & Cookies

This Service contains integrated scripts from third-party advertising partners and ad exchange platforms. These external monetization networks may drop tracking pixels, browser cookies, device fingerprints, or historical session telemetry scripts onto your browser to serve customized, targeted, or behavioral-based marketing display items. We do not control these third-party trackers.

4. How We Use Data

Your processed parameters verify network authentication and maintain core interface streaming protocols. Odemny does not sell or trade user databases directly to list-brokers, but data interactions are subjected to third-party script tracking as described in Section 3.

5. COPPA, CIPA & Regional Exclusions

Odemny matches standard K-12 environment frameworks. We are fully COPPA-compliant as we do not request or store any student age or birthdate information. Due to regional data surveillance frameworks (such as PRC's Cyber Security Law CSL, Data Security Law DSL, and Personal Information Protection Law PIPL), users affiliated with PRC jurisdiction are excluded from access to protect user database integrity.

6. Third-Party Infrastructure

Our server infrastructure operates using enterprise modules hosted through Google Firebase. Technical logs and sync calls transmit over Google's secure cloud networks. Odemny is completely decoupled from the privacy practices of external web assets indexed or linked within search previews.

7. Data Security

We deploy SSL/TLS network layer encryption protocols for streaming connections. However, no database, script interaction, or cloud transmission is 100% impenetrable. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

                TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ODEMNY, ITS CREATORS, AND DEVELOPERS DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY AND ARE EXEMPT FROM ANY REGULATORY MANDATES, AUDITS, PENALTIES, OR DEMANDS ORIGINATING FROM NON-DEMOCRATIC JURISDICTIONS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CSL, DSL, AND PIPL COMPLIANCE DISPUTES).
